Venue

The seminar will take place at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB) humanities, sciences and engineering campus. Closely situated to the city centre conference participants can easily access the site by public transport or car. Most events will take place in building D.

Registration
Attendees are asked to register at the conference venue Tuesday, September 18 between 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM. For participants arriving at another time please let us know your requirements at eawePHDseminar2018@vub.be past the abstract acceptance.

Accessibility
The Brussels humanities, sciences and engineering campus is easily accessible from the city centre by public transportation. Closest TRAM stop of line 7 and 25 is VUB. Detailed information is available here. For route planning feel free to use http://www.stib-mivb.be.

Alternatively the Belgian Rail station Etterbeek is within walking distance of the campus, with direct trains from Brussels' Central station.
